With this update, we have enhanced the way learner information is collected and validated — ensuring certificates are issued with precision and compliance.
A new Date of Birth field has been added to registration settings and learner profiles, enabling academies to collect structured demographic data when needed. This supports age-based segmentation, compliance requirements, and improved reporting capabilities.
In addition, we have introduced a Certificate Data Collection Popup. Before a certificate is generated, the system now verifies that all required learner information is completed. This configurable validation mechanism ensures no certificate is issued with missing or incomplete data.
